My name is Ryan Woods. I am the founder of Ignite. Excite. Empower.®, and the creator of “the Cycle Initiative”™, an initiative that I am incredibly proud to announce is launching its first ever, very progressive seminar on women's heart health.
We have been able to secure many local sponsors, so you are going to enjoy a fully catered event while leaving with a ton of information.
I have been a personal trainer for almost fifteen years and my catalogue of clients have been almost exclusively women. I can say this, that for the most part, women tend to put their needs last.
Ladies, you need to understand that putting your health first is not a luxury, it is a necessity.
I am the child of a single mom and I know for sure that I want to keep her around; just like your family and friends want to keep you around.
However, the sad reality is that this disease is going to take one in three women. The silver lining is that most cardiologists agree it is entirely preventable.
It is also important to note that heart disease is not just about heart attacks and strokes. Vascular disease can lead to cognitive decline with conditions such Alzheimer's and dementia. It can also lead to arthritis, depression, chronic fatigue, and weight gain. These are all conditions we can drastically improve when we strategically aim to improve our vascular health.
That is why I am so excited about this seminar! It is going to arm you with the most up-to-date information on testing, diet strategies, and nutrient therapies. It is also going to align you with some of the most progressive physicians and professionals in our area that will take your hand and walk you through this step by step.
I care about each of you, so I want you to read what I am writing here- please invest in your health now, so you are not desperately trying to buy it back later.
I hope to see each of you of March 19th.
